New Construction - HHEI has the experience with
various framing systems to provide an economical and functional structure. We
produce complete construction drawings and specifications to meet the project
requirements. At HHEI we realize that form and function are very important to the
owner, but so is the final cost. We are continually reviewing our design to provide
ongoing value engineering.
Additions - At HHEI, we have extensive experience
with additions to existing buildings. Additions are always a challenge due to the
varying conditions associated with the existing structure. We have found solutions
to the many problems associated with building additions from early twentieth
century multistory buildings to conference centers in high wind force areas.
Evaluation of Existing Structures - From
preliminary studies for a planned addition, to an evaluation of a structure prior to a
purchase, HHEI can furnish comprehensive reports.
